How Do I Block Certain Programs Without Blocking An Entire Channel

I've set up parental controls but only see options to block an entire channel or entire TV rating. Is there no way to only block certain shows? For example, I do not want my child watching Adult Swim on Cartoon Network but I dont mind him watching that channel during the day. I dont want to block all TV-14 ratings either though because then some of my shows will be blocked. There has got to be an easy way to simply block by series just like we record by series.
