How do I get my recordings list back?
DVR recordings list keeps disappearing, I get a "recording list not available" message. I've tried all the fixes and nothing works, restarting the receiver and gateway, unplugging and plugging the receiver 3 times. Please help!

We can help you retrieve your recordings list, @codemargo53.
Try running diagnostics on your receiver by following the steps from our guide on Fixing issues with your U-verse TV recordings:
Let us know how it went so we can provide further assistance, if you need it.

I called the 800 number....now I have to have a tech come. U-Verse is great except for the TV DVR. I'm not gonna go into the (Edited per community guidelines) of this issue with my TV going down at 11:01 every night since 2015....my electricity went out today for about 20 minutes...Everything rebooted except for the TV recordings...tried everything...reset the router....spoke with a tech who couldn't resolve it....but funny, they never have an issue in taking your money....that always works....

I have had my recorder for about three years. Only recently when I wanted to watch a program, which is shown in the recorded list, the picture did not come up. However, the time left on the recording appeared to be working, but no sound and no picture. Happened on three recording last evening.

These are all separate issues you should all post your own topics, and not revive ancient posts that are barely related to your issue or the answers will be too confusing.
@codemargo53 your issue is the dvr is not functioning most likely, assuming live tv is still functioning. if live tv is working on dvr but not recordings than it is a hard drive issue.
@Boita9 you should start your own topic this is a different issue. But also try unplugging all equipment. Then plug in gateway wait for it to be 100% turned on and steady. Then plug in DVR. wait for dvr to be 100% up and running then follow by plugging other set top boxes and wireless tv ap back in.
@frh you should start your own topic. This is complicated issue with many possible problems
