I can't get showtime anytime through my Uverse subscription

Problem I can't get showtime anytime through my Uverse subscription.  Showtime is part of my Uverse package and when I call Uverse customer service they are unable to solve the problem.  They confirm I have the subscription (I do receive the showtime channels on out TVs, but can not access ST Anytime.  This has been going on for several weeks, for years it worked!

I am frustrated to say the least.

Help please!

Showtime Anytime is a problematic app.

I’ve had issues using my U-verse credentials before and then a few days later it will work.  Then kicked off and then able to get on again.  I just checked and I can access it today but who knows about tomorrow.  🤷‍♀️

You might try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Does this have anything to do with peacock taking over the streaming showtime.  Showtime anytime is no longer working, it states to contact your provider for an explanation.  I don't what to pay for showtime through uverse if I also have to pay to stream it.  I paid highly for those premium stations.  The only way to watch hbomax is through streaming and I can go through the provider to log on

Peacock and Showtime are two entirely different things. It's like trying to compare ESPN and TLC.

Showtime is available on Paramount+,  not Peacock.

Paramountplus is now accepting U-verse credentials for login.  Download the paramount+ app to your device and open it.  In a web browser, go to paramount plus.com/partner and select AT&T U-verse to login.

There are a lot more movies and shows available now than on the deprecated Showtime Anytime app.  Plus a lot more 4k and Dolby Vision content.

Of course, you must have Showtime in your U-verse plan for this to work

Thank you- So if I have Showtime as part of my UVERSE package I have full access to Paramount+ without having to have a separate subscription with Paramount+?
