I feel that services were not offered in good faith

I was encouraged to try uverse bundle to help save money and better service. I normally believe that AT&T have superior service and have nothing but kudos for previous service. However, I signed up for uverse bundle due to my trust in your company, the service was connected with no problems. Then without warning CBS was dropped from lineup two days later! The only suggestions I received was TNT showed the basketball sweet 16. I DO NOT WATCH BASKETBALL, I do watch most of the CBS lineup.

If I were informed initially that negotiations were taking place with Rayban for CBS I would have delayed my installation until problem was resolved. You did not give the opportunity to make an informed decision because you withheld pertinent facts. Please let me know how you plan on proceeding. I would much rather not revert back to cable, however your company is not giving me too many choices.

Now they have dropped NBC, at least in Memphis. Again like the previous posts about CBS other outlets were able to negotiate successfully. What makes Uverse so special?  I've loved and supported Uverse service until now, GET WITH IT GUYS! I no longer recommend you and am starting to talk about your intransigence on Facebook.
