I find it ridiculous that we can't compare packages anymore or make any changes

Anyone else notice you can't compare tv packages any longer or make any changes online??! They make you call??!!

I am being told I'm need to call or, if I persist, am ineligible to change my U-verse package at this time.

Is it code UKC and then I think some random numbers? I got a similar one years ago...

I was just able to get all the way to the final confirmation screen without any issues.

Well, the first time I click Manage, it went to sleep for 30-45 seconds and then said to call.  I clicked Manage again and I got the message with the RED error code like you described.  I hit F5,  and repeated the process with the exact same results (two stages and all).  It could be that the management server can't be bothered right now.
