Looks like they opened the Event notice again, seems the issue came back from the dead. Just give it some time, it will get fixed up.

 

the Work Around they gave is: Customers can attempt to access the content at uverse.com

Also getting unknown destination when trying to authenticate with FXNOW, MTV, Lifetime, A&E and the list goes on. Any update on the issue and when it will be fixed?

I'm getting the same error for all my 3rd party apps. I don't have access for the shows I want to watch on the uverse app. Thanks again uverse, nothing is functional or easy with you people.

I am having the same technical issue when using WEtv app and trying to stream Wetv channel in Art Uverse app. This issue needs to be resolved immediately.

Me, too, only I'm trying to access the Hallmark Channel and validate to Uverse. I also checked against ABCNow and Watch ESPN, with the same results. Have been having severe issues with my gateway and boxes losing their connections. Wonder if that could be related.

I just got through with a chat with Uverse tech support and for what it's worth, they tell me it is a known issue, being worked on and will be fixed within 3 days.
