I have black space on both sides of my picture. I can adjust the picture size to eliminate the black space. However, when I use the Guide on the U-verse remote, the info is off the screen. Has anyone experienced this?

I have black space on both sides of my picture.  I can adjust the picture size to eliminate the black space.  However, when I use the Guide function on my U-verse remote, the info is off the screen.  Has anyone experienced this?

How do you have your TV connected to the U-verse receiver? HDMI, Coax, Component? Do you subscribe to the HD service?

Okay.....open the document I linked to above and look at the bottom of that page and set the aspect ratio accordingly.  That should solve your problem.  If not post back.
