I have my TV mounted on the wall, I want to hide to the box. How can I do this and get my remote and get my to work. Currently you have to have a direct line of sight to the box to do anything.

I have been on the phone all morning with AT&T and the girl told me they don't sell these anymore and that they had problems with them.  She keeps trying to tell me the issue can be solved by programming the remote.  It does not work

Well I'm going to say she is misinformed.  I clicked on the link I provided you and selected add to cart and no problem.  Your issue will not be solved by programming your existing remote if it's not being used line-of-site with the box.  You need the RF remote.  Several people have them and they work fine.  I don't know why she would tell you they don't.

Your situation is exactly what they are designed for.
