I have showtime subscription showtime anytime says I do not

I am trying to open showtime anytime on my new roku tv by sharp.  When I click on att uverse it says I do not have a showtime subscription.  But, I do in fact watch showtime all the time with my uverse package as well as starz.  How do I prove to them i have a subscription to showtime through ATT uverse?
