I need help my uverse tv shows the following message

I am seeing “uverse is not available at this time . Please try again later “ I then click on the box on the screen to the right that says “restart receiver “ 

that doesn’t help? What next ?

Unplug all boxes.

Wait 30 seconds and plug gateway (modem) back in and wait for lights to stop flashing.

Plug DVR back in and wait for it to stop loading.

Plug other receivers back on and wait for those to stop loading.

 

If it's still wacky, 800-288-2020 for tech support.
