I really don't need to be wading through spanish channels

    I don't mind having spanish language channels on my online guide , on second thought yes I do. If this is the direction the country is going to go then you should be able to use settings and tell the cable box what language you want. I do not like having to look at spanish channels and really whats the point. I don't speak write or hear in that language so why do I have to pay all this money to wade through even more channels I don't use. At the very least you should be able to establish your favorite channels and they should be displayed first without having to go to favorites. Thats my complaint and I'm stickin to it!

On your TV you can hide any channels you don't want to see.  Menu>Options>Channel Options>Hide Channels.

 

I'm a bit of a neat freak and have hidden all Spanish channels, kiddie channels, shopping channels and Jesus channels....oh and sports channels.  Smiley LOL

 

Sorry, I don't know about the online guide since I don't use that.

I'm not bragging, but many times (most?), you can get faster answers and better answers from these message boards than if you call customer service.  Smiley Surprised
