Inaccurate guide

I have noticed on a couple of occasions the information on the guide is not accurate. Just now according to the guide, "soundtracks" is playing on CNN, yet the show that is actually playing is "CNN Tonight with Don Lemon". Anyone else having this issue? Any advise?

There's always problems with the guide.  It's well known (IMO).  ATT gets the info from a third party guide provider.

Compare the Uverse guide with TitanTV's guide.  You generally find the same mistakes.  So I believe either TitanTV uses the same provider or TitanTV is the uverse provider.

CNN is also notorious for pre-empting its series like this.  "The History of Comedy" had a number of pre-emptions; in fact, it got to the point where CNN apparently decided to remove it from the schedule until the summer.  The same thing happened last year with "The Eighties" - for example, when Prince died, or when Trump had an unannounced rally of some sort.

In fact, I got one of those "memories" posts on Facebook where I mentioned exactly one year ago that The Eighties had been pre-empted "yet again", this time for "coverage" of the "news" that Paul Ryan had announced earlier that day that he would not endorse Trump.

I have a feeling that Soundtracks was pre-empted because CNN wanted to have special coverage of the Republican "repeal and replace" health care bill passing in the House.
