Interrupted every minute or 2- 2 TV viewing w/1 recording show not watched That's 3 what gives?

2-TV running one separate show currently being recorded not watched. Every minute or so I'm interrupted.. That's my limit of three & I shouldn't be seeing this screen. What gives? Also, this is the primary TV & the secondary TV is not experiencing the same problem at this time. It has before, but now just the main TV, 14.5 Mbps was speed taking the below settings.
