is there a list of the last channels that I wathced?

Hello,

I was watching t.v. with the remote in my hand (S30-S1B) and somehow I hit a button or a combo of buttons and a group of small windows popped up showing the last channels or  maybe some favorites. does anyone know how I did this. thank you in advance
