Issue with: Lag, Jitter, Freezing up on Uverse TV and DVR - Looking for help please!

I have an issue with my Uverse in that it has Jitter Lag Freezing up while watching TV or DVR Here are some of the symptoms

 

I appreciate any info

 

- happens several times a day anywhere from a few mins to constant

- all of the channels including DVR

- seems to clear a bit when I change channels but returns

First thing I would try is to reboot the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.).

I also have U-verse and experience consistent freezing (lasts a couple seconds) of live tv at a rate of one to two times per hour. This will even happen on recorded shows when the tv is off and can be seen upon playback. The modem, wiring, Ethernet, DVR box have been replaced, and the chip updated at the main port (service box) down the street. I’ve tested the HDMI and power surge on ps3 (netflix) for a couple hours and no issues with picture there. After all that, I am now on my third DVR box since the service technicians chalked it up to a faulty DVR box. I’ve done a hard reset of the modem and DVR box multiple times.  Well, the freezing still continues. This clearly seems like an att U-verse network issue. Hoping for there is a solution to get this fixed.
