Live TV freezes in landscape view
Galaxy Note 3...watching live tv in landscape mode, picture freezes every time. Runs just fine in portrait but that's only if you only want to use half the screen (the lower half has the tv guide displayed).
Can you say why this happens and does anyone kmow how to fix it?

Hi @Yardie63,
I am sorry about the issues you are having with the U-verse app, but we will be glad to help. We tested with a Note 3 and did not encounter any problems. Was there a particular show that you were watching that is having the issues? Also, try closing out as many apps as possible to see if that helps out. Finally, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I am confirming that I have already un- and re- installed the app, but the problem remains. Some additional details:
I am streaming on Wi-Fi and attempting to watch Live TV. Any show that is chosen reacts the same way. I should add, that while the video itself freezes, the audio continues uninterrupted turning the device into a very fancy radio.
I am able to stream video from the internet (youtube, and other sites) with no issues.

Hi,
Try killing all the applications running in the background besides the U-verse app. Another thing that may help is to make sure the storage space on your phone is not low. If so, try to free some up.

Lots of space (SD Card installed). But thanks anyway. Will try the stopping other apps to see if that makes a difference.
