Why should I have to lose the channels that I'm paying for service we need to get this worked out so that we can go back to watching and just some of the program that we were watching

Work out a solution with WAFF they are the local channel that I count on during severe weather. Don't want to go to another provider but also don't want to risk family security. This was part of the channel line up when contract signed and should void any term requirements if not met.

Please let us know if negotiations are still in progress or when they might be started again.

Marsh Madness is our favor time to watch TV. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT U-Verse does not have CBS COVERAGE. ALSO MASTERS STARTS SOON, ALSO ON CBS. HAD I KNOWN THIS PROGRAMMING FLAW NEVER WOULD HAD PURCHASE U-verse SERVICE.  Are there any PLANS TO REMEDY THIS FLAW??

Been a customer for a grand total of 1 month, already let down. A disagreement with Raycom during the NCAA tournament? Pay them their money and don't raise my rate, how hard is that? If these type of disputes continue I'll be canceling for sure. I hate TWC, or Spectrum, whatever they are now, but at least they have CBS, you know, a major network during Tourney and Masters time. This is a HUGE disappointment as a new customer. I'm sure it's no coincidence that every single UNC game is on CBS and not TNT or the other networks, I don't blame Raycom for wanting more money, I blame you for not paying them. "Greedy local tv stations blah blah blah, we work hard to keep your rate down, blah blah blah. We all know what your profit margins are, stop playing hardball at the expense of your customers, and don't just pass the increase on to us whenever you do eventually come to terms (after the tournament is over). Pathetic. I expect a response from an employee or customer service, this is simply unacceptable.

The irony of this unacceptable programming is that ATT is one of the primary commercial sponsors!

Having been a loyal customer for several years and Always paying my bill promptly, Why is it that I (like many others) am prevented from viewing my local CBS station? I enjoy their news and coverage of sports. I am a Huge NCAA fan and find I'm unable to watch my favorite team- NC Tarheels and soon the Masters will be airing. Will I be able to enjoy this annual event?  Let me assure you - with or without U Verse I will be watching the Masters. I am presently looking at other cable/ internet/ phones options- such as Charter Spectrum. I don't presume to understand your dealings with CBS, however in good faith I have upheld my end of this "contract" and certainly expect to receive the stations I pay for and enjoy watching. I await a response- Thank you, Carole Cathcart

Extremely disappointed that U-verse is not carrying CBS coverage.  Missing seeing NCAA TOURNAMENT COVERAGE BY CBS our favorite thing to watch all year.  Also CBS carries the MASTERS.  GUESS I WILL MISS THAT TOO.  THE IRONY IS THAT ATT IS A PRIMARY COMMERCIAL SPONSOR OF THE NCAA TOURNAMENT.  SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE about five months ago.  Would never have purchased if this gap in programming was known.

So I am supposed to write my congressman a letter to speed this process up...

Probably going to attach something like that on my next bill.

"Please help us protect you... we need some laws that meet our bottom line too"

AT&T paid the bills to keep the lights on for Directv so there would not be full HAM

The irony is that ATT one of the major sponsors of the NCAA which is on CBS which we don't get.

So it's ok for you to get a reduction in your billing, but wrong for U-verse to yield to extortion to me. Wait why am I even replying to your comment. It's obvious that you have no sense of nothing but the self, and any attempt at reasoning will not sway you. Smh

If you are an ATT customer, why would you demand they pay a higher price for access to broadcast at a much higher rate than ATTs competitors? Just asking.

I recently switched to U-Verse and if I would have known that AT&T would not negotiate a fair agreement with the local broadcast company as other local cable providers have done I would not have given AT&T yet one more chance. I read that this is possibly a ploy to get U-verse customers to drop U-verse and switch to Direct TV. If this is the case I will drop U-Verse and go back to Comcast, even if I have to pay the early termination fee. As far as I am concerned, the consumer is the only one paying the penalty. We pay for all local channels but don't get them and our bill doesn't reflect the drop in service. You are not paying Raycom so why should we continue paying you the same as when you were carrying the Raycom stations.

I want to know if there are still ongoing negotiations for CBS to be returned to Uverse.  We are supposed to get the locals included in our package with uverse and with WOIO off the air we lose that local PLUS CBS shows are all gone and it is really making me want to drop Uverse because of it. There are a lot of shows we watch on CBS
