Lost Most of my channel line-up

Yesterday I switched from U450 to U200 through the online account management tool.  Today I have all HD channels are blocked, as are many other U200 channels.  I should have lost only the premium channels, along with a few random others.  Is there a reset I need to do to enable the new channel line-up?
