LOST SIGNAL ISSUE
Ok.....i have about had it. Service tech came out today to check my connect because we kept getting the onscreen msg saying signal was lost.....sometimes it would come back on its on....sometimes i had to reboot that reciever. Well he replaced the Gateway, WAP, and the DVR box and said we should not have any more problems. Well tonight i started watching ESPN and all was fine. My wife was watching one of the main channels and all was fine. Well then I went to the SEC network channel and it played for about 30 seconds and then got the lost signal screen......rebooted.......same issue.....so then i started going through the channels.....and about 80% of the channels are doing it. I have rebooted everything and still get the same issue.....which is on each tv.....not just one....i have 4 tv's in my house. I am about done with UVERSE!!!!!!!.......this needs to be resolved NOW!!!!!!!. also, i took a look at the mfg date of the DVR box he replaced......it has Dec 2013......3yrs old......really?????

@teambarrs - I believe the most critical question is - Is the "loss of signal" message the full screen list of suggestions or is just the simple indication "no signal'.
If it is the first, then @my thoughts post applies.
If it is the second, the message is from the TV because the STB is not sending video because it does not see the HDCP tag from the TV. It thinks the TV is stealing the signal.
You can test this by leaving the STB "off" & the TV will display the OK screen. The easiest cure is to use component cable, instead of HDMI, to connect the STB & TV. Just be sure to disconnect the HDMI from the STB end.

Ok.....@my thoughts
tried changing the channel before rebooting and yes....you get pic and sound for around 15-50 secs and then the numbered signal loss screen appears.....this does not happen on every channel. There are some channels that play just fine. The major network channels NBC, CBS, ABC, are fine......ESPN is fine.....some but not all the Movie channels work....SEC Network, ESPNU,
I tried it just like you said.....held the reset button for 30 secs on the gateway.....waited approx 5 mins....the rebooted all my tv receivers.......still the same issue. Remember.....i said the servcie tech was here yesterday and replaced the gateway.
any other suggestions????

@teambarrs Is it connected HDMI? It sounds like an HDMI problem. Do you have any COAX or RCA cables? Any way you can replace temporarily as a test.Get help from someone familiar with the connections.
Since some channels work the OK screen works.

It would mighty strange that it happened to 4 TVs HDMI all at the same time.....every receiver in each room is having the problem....Cisco wireless receivers and the main DVD box in living room

@teambarrs - Yes, I agree my suggestion is based on one TV. I did not notice that you said four TVs.
But, I ask for more detail - Are all four TVs out at the same time (& internet too) or or does intermittant apply to all four?
Which raise the look of the error message. Can you confirm that you said it was just the one sentence & not a page full of suggestion?
THe first indicates it is STB-HDMI-TV related & the second that it is RG& back up to att.
