March 31st update broke the App

The forced update now doesn't work on my Samsung Tab. Before it worked fine. Now all local channels give me an error message RightsObjectRetrievalTask error with status 520 (QP2005) the folks on the call center are worthless. Uninstalled and installed 5 times. Other channels work. The 3/31/17 update caused the issue.

We are sorry about the issues you are having with the app, but we will be glad to help. Do you notice this issue on any of your other devices? If your Tab is jailbroken, that may be the reason it is not working. Make sure it is updated with the latest firmware. You may even want to try to reset the device to see if that helps.

The Tab is not jail broken. It was working fine until the March 31st forced app update. Only local channels dont work. Works on IPhone but not Android. Worked before the app update fine. Tab firmware update is recent too.
