Missing Channels on TV Listing (online & mobile)

I live in Indianapolis, IN. At the first of the year our Channel 8 which had aired CBS programs lost CBS and it moved to our Channel 4 -- all was good until just recently and now I can no long see either our Channel 8 nor our Channel 4 on the TV Listings for the PC/online U-Verse access not the mobil access.

 

The channels do however still show on the actual TV Guide listing.

 

I've serached around on the web looking for solutions and have not found any.

 

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

I used zip code 46206 in Indy and see CBS channel on 4 and the CW on Ch 8.

 

What is your zip code?

My zip is 46143. Exact same issue, so I am unable to program recordings on those channels remotely. If I go to a general guide to channels in the area, I see them, but not when I access from my account. For me, it is fine on my actual tv, but cannot see them on my laptop, iPhone or ipad.

My zip is 46229.  Don't know how to tell the app what zip I'm in however.

I did find where I could change the zip on the PC app, but only if I am NOT logged in. The minute I log in I lose those channels.

I do see them on the online/PC now after I log in, but I still don't see them on my Android phone app.

I just completely closed the app on my phone and logged off, of course, and logged back in and I can now also see the channels on my phone.

 

Thank you so much.

 

What did they determine was the problem? Being a retired computer geek, these things peak my interest!

I got a complaint saying the logos are incorrect when you log in. Can you verify?

Yes, they are incorrect. Channels 4/1004 should be the CBS logo, channels 8/1008 should be the CW logo.

Zipcode: 92109.

 

The online Listings shows a majority of the programs in readable condition but many of them are darkened or "grayed" & unreadable. However if the dimmed program is clicked, the listing does appear in the new window. This seems to have been a long time problem - is there a solution in the works?
