Missing my saved Stingray videos

I have been watching my saved Stingray videos for years, and now suddenly some are still playable, and MANY others are greyed out.

Where are my saved videos and how do I get them back?

Here to help get those Stingray videos figured out! You can fix many recording problems with these steps:

Restart your U-verse TV DVR by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Then press it again to restart your DVR. This takes 5-8 minutes and will interrupt any recordings in progress.
Access a frozen or missing program by pressing the Recorded TV button on your remote.

If you still have recordings that are grayed out, there is a way to recover recordings without deleting your programs. This process can take a few hours to complete.
