Mobile App Never works

My ATT mobile app never works and my iPhone is up to date. I can log in to my att account so what gives??

We understand how inconvenient issues with the myAT&T app can be, let us help!

 

How long has this been happening? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Are you getting any error message?

I am getting an error message saying it is temporarily unavailable. This has been happening for 3 months

we have had the app for a year and it never works. someone should be fired in the data dept!!! Always error messages when trying to turn user data on and off.  Takes at least 6 attempts before working.   randomly logs me out and asks to re-enter all info. This APP is horrid and it is crazy it hasn't been fixed by now. My kid was stuck at a practice sick because the app would not allow me to turn his data back on. Unacceptable! I am contacting John Stankey and hopefully he will investigate

So that we can get started, please create a new thread. This one is almost 4 years old and could end up being closed, which means we can't respond to you. You can just copy your post here and use it in the new thread.

 

On your new thread, please include the following information:

  • What error message are you getting? Error messages indicate a specific problem, which has a specific solution, so getting the error message will help us determine the best place to start.
  • What troubleshooting options have you tried? We have a guide on our website for troubleshooting the myAT&T app that you can follow to improve the app's performance.
  • Have you tried using the app on a different device? This can help us figure out if the problem solely lies with the app, or if the device has something to do with it.
