Movie rental
We rented the movie Spy Tueday, 9/29/16.
Our daughter wanted to watch it and started viewing it Thursday, October 1 since it's a 2 day rental.
The movie stopped in the middle saying the time
was up for the rental.
We went ahead and rented it a second time.
Instead of the movie started from the beginning since it was a new rental it started where it had stopped.
As a long standing customer with AT&T we feel we should not be charged twice for the rental.
