I pay you, AT&T, almost $300 a month for U-verse yet I cannot get Mr. Mercedes on-demand when it’s an AT&T original series? This makes no sense and is ridiculous.   But, if I have DIRECTV then I can watch it?  So those of us who are sticking with U-verse are what, second-class citizens to AT&T? I am speechless because it literally makes no sense.  There is a reason so many of your customers are switching to Spectrum. Many of us don’t want the DIRECTV, we want to stay with U-Verse so what, we’re being punished for not going with the product you continue to push on us?   It is incomprehensible to me that AT&T U-Verse customers can’t watch an AT&T a original series via On-Demand.  I just don’t get it   Telling us that we can’t really doesn’t solve the problem so are there any plans to correct this discrimination against U-Verse customers?

It is a joke. My wife has worked for atnt for 31 years but we have uverse so we still can’t watch it either. Atnt needs to really evaluate their policies. I know for a fact they are getting beat in cable services around the country due to enormous layoffs. You would think keeping the customers they have would be a priority but guess not. We could get direct tv for $10 a month because they are pushing it so hard but we pay a lot more because we like uverse. We will just drop cable all together before atnt force us to switch. Atnt =JOKE
