My user ID won’t work

I’m trying to link the NBC app to my ATT tv service (u-verse) but I keep receiving an error message that it’s not correct.

I then tried to sign in to the u-verse app with my member ID and p/w and I’m receding an error message that it’s not accepted because it’s an att ID. Help!!

Hi, @charlenegibson58, we would be happy to help with signing into your AT&T services.

 

We recommend making sure that the sign in ID you are using is correct.  

 
If you've forgotten your user ID, it's easy to recover with the following steps:
  1. Go to the Forgot ID page.
  2. Enter the email you provided when you set up your ID.
  3. Follow the prompts.
FYI: If you don’t remember what email you used, choose Forgot contact email. If you have more than one ID with the same contact email, your Forgot ID email will list them all.
 
In case you are using the incorrect password, we may recommend a password reset for you account.  Having your sign-in information incorrect could be what is causing this issue for you.
 
Once you have tried the steps above, please let us know if this resolves your sign-in issues.  If not, we may need to take a closer look into your account in a Direct Message.

I have tried both, as well as all troubleshooting and I still can not access

I have a screenshot of the error I’m receiving after successfully linking my ATT TV account with the nbc app

@charlenegibson58, as you're unable to sign-in, we will need to look further into your account.

While you are waiting for the message, please do make sure you are using your Member ID to sign in to your service, which is not necessarily the same as your Access ID.
