MyTeam app.

I tried to access a streaming game on "MyTeam "app. and the site says I do not access from uverse. even tho I pay for this service. What can be done to allow me access?

A U-verse TV subscription entitles you to use streaming apps of most content broadcasters.  TNT, Hallmark as examples.  It has never been linked to any gaming services.

Are you referring to the app MyTeams by NBC Sports, or the MyTeam app that's used for team organization? As our Ace mentioned, your U-verse subscription allows you to view content on network television apps and websites only.

 

If you're referring to the NBC app, see if you're able to sign in with your U-verse credentials on the regular NBC Sports app. If you are, there may be a problem with the MyTeams app. If not, we'll have to see if there's a problem with your account.

 

The more information we have, the more easily we'll be able to assist you.

Yes. MyTeams by NBC Sports. I can sign in the NBC Sports app. I have reloaded the MyTeams by NBC Sports app but, still won't recognize my verse account.

Just tried to view a video on NBCSports app and received message "AUTHENTICATION ERROR-We're sorry, it looks like there was an authentication error."

Before we check your account, try the following troubleshooting options:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app, and clear its cache to refresh any stored information.
  2. Try to sign in on the NBC Sports website to see if it gives you the same error. We need to determine if there's a problem with your account or the app itself.

We also suggest restarting your phone and making sure that it's running the current OS version. This is to make sure the app functions properly.

Loaded new update to phone. Reloaded the two apps. Still no streaming to uverse account! Why? Thanks !
