Dr. Oz (along with many other daytime shows) is "syndicated" meaning local stations are licensed to air the programs. For example, Dr. Oz is shown on my local Fox station but before that it was shown on my local NBC affiliate.
AT&T (ie. Uverse) shows whatever programming is made available by the local stations & national networks.
