New Uverse - Blue Screen w/ Spinning White Circle

Hi.  I recently had Uverse set up (yesterday).  When the technician left it was working fine.  He used our home's CAT5 ethernet connection to link UVerse TV to our UVerse modem.

 

Last night, I put our UVerse modem into bridge mode and today Uverse TV is not working.  I reset the modem to the original settings (out of bridge mode), unplugged the DVR and modem (multiple times) and still get the Blue Screen / Spinning White Circle.  Any ideas???

My connection was fine to my AT&T Direct TVNow when I went to bed. When I tried to get into the app the next morning it wanted my user name and password again for some reason. Then it won't connect. The circle when it tries to connect just keeps spinning round and round. I have two other TV's and they connect just fine.

Thanks. Tried this, got a red X on the screen. Assume this means it won't connect. Now what do I do?

It may also be relevant that I put my Uverse internet connection into
passthrough (bridge) mode, over night it looks like that reverted. I went
into the Uverse internet settings and changed allocation back to "OFF" from
"PASSTHROUGH", still no TV.
