Try a Non-Destructive Disaster Recovery.

Unplug the power cord of the DVR/STB from the wall or from the back of the box and wait ten seconds. Plug the DVR/STB back in.

When three white dots appear on the screen, unplug the DVR/STB again. Repeat this process two more times.

Plug the DVR/STB back in on the third time and leave in. Three white dots appear followed by a gear with a status bar at the bottom of the screen.

If the Disaster Recovery screen does not appear, repeat the steps above. If the Disaster Recovery screen appears, wait until completion.

Re-downloads all the software.  See if the color comes back.  Takes a bit of time or so. I do one every few months to get rid of any bugs in the software. Good luck 😉

@terencereynolds - So, you have two TVs that show color on one STB & not another.

The next step back is the connection. If you have component connection it could be one of the video connections. If composite or HDMI it is embedded.

You might try a different connection, just as a test.

@terencereynolds - Then the connections are HDMI??

The Roku working does kind of point to to the STB.

Swap the inputs on the TV between roku/STB.

Swap the cables on the TV between roku/STB.

Swap the STBs  between the two TVs.

When the STB is "off", is the press ok screen blue?

If all of these point to the STB call for a new one - 800-288-2020.
