Yup, next FA Cup matches are in April, but 4 teams have playoffs to get 2 into the semifinals.  Pretty sure these were on FS2 when it was Fox Soccer and aren't being boycotted.

Seems they are just going after the programming that had never been on any Fox station before.

MLS soccer had been on NBCSN and ESPN before FS1 got it.  USA National team soccer had been on ESPN before FS1 got it.

I'd kind of agree, but we don't get many cross listed posts.  Alot in the Lounge and Sugggestions forum as they couldn't figure out where to put it as all the areas are covered up unless you expand them up.

Actually the system of checking, unchecking is so cumbersome, I just link to the main Uverse page and keep hitting 'show more' to get down to everything. 

Searching would have brought those threads real easy too.  This is the most user unfriendly version we've ever had here. 😉

I subscribed to Uverse last year because my former provider didn't carry Big East Basketball on Uverse. I was assured that UVerse would have Big East basketball and the Big East tournament on this spring. When I go to the channel where Fox Sports 1 is supposed to be (Fox Sports 1 carries Big East basketball), it seems to have turnedint o the Dart Channel.  What is going on and what can I do to express my very strong displeasure ??  There is a scroll running across the bottom that says that AT&T has chosen not to carry the Big East Tournament on Fox Sports 1.

Somehow Fox Sports 1 and att u-verse are fighting to change the name of "march madness" to march sadness.

I don't know or care who is to blame but it is unacceptable to pay for a channel and have specific content blocked out.  They aired pre-game coverage then cut away to some stupid darts game.  It tricked viewers into thinking they were successfully recording the game but instead we will never get to see our team make the finals of the Big East tournament.  The u-verse DVR and HBO package isn't cheap.  I can't believe you are both damaging customers at this time of year.  At least have the common courtesy to black out an entire channel, scroll an announcement that one or both of you are screwing the customer.  Something so we know that we aren't getting the content we are paying you for.

Live sports are literally the only reason to pay for television.  There are shared app phone #'s and voip providers better than att's terrible phone service they provide.  It forces you to use archaic modems with 10 year old internet speeds.

Please fix this problem.  We pay for fox sports 1.  We would go to a competitor if you didn't provide it.  We are already throwing cash at you for services we don't need.  If you mess up like this, plenty of people will notice and switch.  At least demand a refund.

With all the existing threads on this forum on the dispute between Fox Sports 1 and AT&T, is there a need to start yet another new thread on the same topic?

also through the clunky searches on here of "big east" and "basketball", nothing came up.  i found a couple other threads through google.

indianapolis was collectively [very mad].

but it looks like at&t will make it through this fight.  the championship is over tonight and they won't be airing any more big east games until next year.  thanks for screwing us!  i'll make sure to complain about you and fox sports 1 to everybody in the off season!  even directv has the rights to fox sports go.  the guys too cheap to pay for any online services.

seperately i was already telling all my friends not to get att for internet.  then a u-verse password won't work.  so if i have uverse and go to their house for a game (to be nice), then we still can't watch it because att blocks their own customers.  you can literally access your content through any isp besides att.  why would anybody ever get att?

@mugiwaraboushi FS1 is trying to extort more $$ for 'new' live programming and not waiting for renewal time to do it.  Think it'll affect all Big East sports, not just basketball.

this is the least helpful forum possible.  the only solution to this problem is resolving the dispute.

name calling and suggesting the other company is doing something illegal is just bizzare.  stop blaming fox sports for this failure.  no other companies have blacked out big east basketball.  not even comcast.

other big east sports?  it doesn't have football.  there is just the one.

If this stupid dispute between AT&T U-Verse and Fox Sports is not resolved before the NCAA Tournament begins I am going to cancel U-Verse.

AGREED. We had no idea the game was going to be "blacked out" in our area until we tried to watch it this evening. Reprehensible. SHAME ON ATT. I have already shamed them on fb. We are livid, beyond livid. And here's the best part, I can't even watch it through my laptop...the message that popped up was that I needed a "higher subscription package". Are you flippin' kidding me? We are paying for the top package as it is. We pay ATT waaaaaaay more than we should each month, we do the whole she-bang. Trust me, I will definitely be phoning to MASSIVELY COMPLAIN ON MONDAY. Livid. Livid. Livid. And I'm not an alum of either school (I graduated from a Big 10 school) but we have poured thousands into XU for one of our kids. Gee, guess we will have to go watch the game from a bar, just like her. AAAAAGH ATT UVERSE YOU SUCK.
