Hi @mtenp7,
Sorry for the delay. In the past, rebooting the Set Top Box has resolved items of this nature. If you have a sound system, in the past, connections to the box can loosen.
If you have any issues in the future, feel free to download our myATT app. You can troubleshoot items like this in the palm of your hand and it is much faster than calling in. You can also text myATT to 8758.
