WWE Network is not a channel on U-Verse - or any other cable or satellite service, for that matter. It is a streaming service, like, say, Hulu or Netflix. I doubt any "Smart TV" has WWE Network access built into it, so you will have to buy a separate device, like a Roku box/stick, in order to be able to access it.
And just in case anybody asks, "Then how do I record things off of it?", the answer is, you don't. In fact, the inability to record things is one of the reasons WWE went to a "network" format in place of the old WWE On Demand channel. However, pretty much everything that ever airs on WWE Network is available whenever you want it - and not just WWE stuff (although every PPV starting with the first WrestleMania is available), but other promotions as well (there's WCW stuff from the old TBS Saturday shows going back to late 1985, although I don't know why they don't have episodes from when NWA took the show back from WWE in April 1985 since they did air on WWE On Demand at one point).
