On Demand Impossible to Watch
Anytime we try and watch shows or movies on On Demand, they constantly freeze up and drop audio every 30 seconds or so. We have to pause the show constantly for it to start back up. It’s pretty crappy with the amount we pay monthly and have this kind of service. It doesn’t matter if we reboot everything, it still does it! What’s the deal?!?!

Thanks for reaching us, we're here to help with your On Demand inquiry.
Are you experiencing freeze up and dropped audio on one or all receivers? Also, have you checked the Internet Connection On The Receiver?
You can do so by pressing the dash (-) button on the remote, if you see Not Connected, perform the following: using the remote go to Menu>Settings & Help> Settings> Internet and select Reconnect Internet.
