on demand movies
I am having problems finding out how to take my spending for on demand from a spending limit of 0 to something so I can buy something from on demand and I have been round and round on the phone with several departments. Can anyone one tell me how I can do it please. Years ago we had the limit dropped to 0 or access blocked to keep a disabled woman we were taking care of from accidentally order movies.
This is a consumer account. except for the times she accidentally ordered a few movies we have never ordered any movies. I have been with tech support who sent be to collections with nothing to collect my bill is not due until the 12th of next month and then i was transfered to billing. No one seems to know how to help me.

TEch support is who sent me to collections because they said they could not help me. collections sent me to billing they could not help me and then billing could not help me.
