on demand not updating

The On Demand has NOT updated Days of our Lives since JUNE 25th!!!  This is an AT&T problem.  My friends with AT&T don't have it either.  My friends with Comcast DO have it!
I have reported this problem but nothing is being done about it!!

As is more and more common, networks (in this case NBC) are moving their OD content to their own streaming service.

NBC just rolled out their service, Peac0ckTV.  I looked and they have DOOL episodes dating back to March 24.

Hey, @elisheva60. We'd be glad to help with your On Demand concern.

Thanks to @skeeterintexas for the help!

As they said, much programming is being phased out in favor of being provided on the apps. You may be able to access your desired programming using your U-verse credentials on their app.

Let us know if you have anymore questions!

Since NBC is a commercial network, you do not have to use your provider (Uverse) credentials, just an email address.

I'm sorry  I don't accept the "solution" as it is not a solution.  I can watch episodes on the NBC app on my devices but NOT on my TV!
I don't think this is an NBC move as both Comcast and Verizon Fios have the on-demand for Days of our Lives up to date!  Just AT&T has a problem.  I think someone just is not updating it.
Please check into it and not say I can use an NBC app which doesn't work on the TV.
Thanks.

AT&T is the provider. They can only provide what is being sent to them.

You an either catch up on your soap opera using the NBC app or you can stay in the dark.  Your choice.  *shrug*

If FIOS and COMCAST have their on-demand for the soap updating, then I would presume, AT&T has a problem.  I would like AT&T to SOLVE it, NOT have people tell me to use apps on my phone or computer.
