On Demand - Outlander season 3 missing episodes

Starz - on demand - UVERSE - STARZ is missing several episodes in SEASON 3.  We pay AT&T for the service.  Can AT&T not call STARZ and ask them why episodes are missing?  This has happened before with other things besides STARZ, but they were often added back in.  How do we know when we start watching something that missing episodes will be missing forever?
