Outtage in North Coral Springs, Fl.

North Coral Springs area has been without service since Monday September 11th, during the storm it worked fine. All they have advised is that they are working on restoring it and it may take a day or 2. This morning they sent a text to say it's working, wrong ! They are still giving us the run around.  This just proves that their great product is pure garbage, all the other companies are up and running well, even Dish Network worked during and after the storm? Maybe it's time to change provider, they are getting too big and don't care for their customers.
