Paramount plus and uverse

I cannot get any content to stream from Paramount Plus. I've done all the fixes, deleted and reinstalled app several times. I'm not sure why this won't work.  It keeps saying program is not available. I have an Insigna Fire TV. All other apps are working fine.

The problem is obviously with the app. Seeing as this forum is for AT&T, I'm not sure what help anyone here can give. Contact Paramount.

Well..since it won't accept uverse credentials I would say that has a teensy bit to do with att. Thanks I won't ask for help again.

Do you subscribe to Paramount+ (the former Showtime) channels via U-Verse?

It helps to give details.

Showtime, or whatever it's called now, should also be available in the U-300 and Movie Pack... not that I'd expect the Movie Pack to have a lot of subscribers, if it's still even a thing.

You’re right.  I’ve had U450 for so long I can’t remember what is available where!  🤪🤪🤪

We recommend you to follow the below steps to activate the Paramount+ :

  • Visit paramountplus.com/link and select your Provider.
  • You will be directed to your Provider’s sign-in page, where you will log in using your username and password for your Provider.
  • Once your account is verified, you will be redirected back to Paramount+, where you will create a Paramount+ account.
  • You’re in! You can now stream Paramount+ on supported devices and platforms!
  • Please note that you will use your Paramount+ email and password when signing in on other platforms.

Meanwhile, you can learn how to Activate Paramount+. Also, visit our article to Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool on U-verse TV.

Uverse 300 with Showtime package.  These att instructions do not work. You can install the app but none of the programming will play.
