Point anywhere remote

Is anyone familiar with the functionality of the Att U-verse point anywhere Remote works... or even if it works?

I requested one on Friday. She said no problem we'll send it out along with your replacement router. For no charge?! How does that sound?!

Sounds like (Edited per community guidelines). Because it never showed up. Router did tho.

I don’t think they have them anymore... technical sent me to sales... and they said they don’t have those anymore... but I don’t think she even knew what I was talking about... go figure!!
