power lines

Trees are touching lines at back of my yard. Power company came out and said they are the “phone” lines. Trying to find out who to call. I have UVerse and have had some issues with signal recently. Wondering if it’s due to new growth on trees.

its up to the owner of the tree to keep the trees trimmed from lines, at&t doesnt do tree trimming, if they find something like they they will call a tree person and bill the ownerof the tree, if on your property its your responsibility if its outside your property then its the responsibility of your city or county (municipality)
