I believe so. If you live in LA, it should be in the 770 range on most tiers. Add 1000 channel spots for HD.
If you live out of LA, you need the HD package (included in U-450) or else the regular price without promotions is $10/month. In addition, you need the $7/mo HD Premium Tier.
If you live in LA, all the games are available. If you live out of LA, live professional sports are blacked out. You need the league package (MLB.TV, MLS Live, etc.) NHL games that are re-aired are not blacked out, but I believe the other league replays are blacked out.
