Problems watching on i-Pad

I'm having trouble with live TV and on demand on my i-Pad and the U-verse App. I'm only watching channels I'm subscribed to, yet I get message, "Cannot playback protected content through a proxy QP152I". I saw someone asked this question back in August; no answer?

I can watch regular channels. Abc. Nbc. The error message shows up when I go to on demand content that I subscribe to. (showtime). At home I didn't have a problem w any content on my iPhone. But when I got to gym, I got an error on my phone as well. Frustrating. Also disappointed we can't watch recorded shows from the app. That might solve the problem.

@Schaef5 - do you have your ipad connected to another screen? Or, a casting software? U-verse will balk if it thinks the content is leaving theh ipad by means other than the screen.

If you can get to Uverse online, many recorded programs are there to watch. 😉
