Project Airgig

I've been reading about the imminent real world testing of their Airgig system.  If they can get it to work like their inhouse experiments this could be quite an advancement.  It could be a real boon to those in rural areas, but I'm really interested in more than the internet improvements, I wonder if this could include the tv side.  No mention in the articles I've read about whether this would be used for tv transmission.  Anybody heard anything about this project and whether television transmission is incleded?

I've been following ATT Airgig since last year and am exicited about what it's promising since my area has been left out by google and others for fiber upgrades.  My question is ..... how will ATT Airgig work in areas where power lines are buried underground? or will it not?

I expect ATT to expand this to about as many places as their fiber... maybe 100 neighborhoods.
