(QP1502) Player Item Failed to play to end time

the “QP1502” part is stupidly used for other error messages too

error happens on both the SD & HD TBS channels - both are delivered via AWS for yospace,com as an “m3u8” stream

the error also appears on channels that are delivered via quickplay,com - which att owns

the uvapp has been deleted and reinstalled on my iPhone (iOS 11.2.1) and an iPad (iOS ?) many times 

I see the error using multiple ISPs

att wireless LTE & 4G

att uverse with no other downloads

providers with fiber to the home

providers with coax to the home

connection speed is not the issue

poor service from att is the issue
