Unplug and wait for 30 seconds. Plug back in. If this isn't possible, press "menu" then scroll to "options" to reset.
Can you watch 1366? Can you see it on your guide?
Can you record other channels?

I already unplugged and waited about 10 minutes - Yes, I was able to watch 1366 until today and yes I can see it on my guide and yes I record other channels

You may have to swap DVRs. The good news is that it's free with a call to 800-288-2020. The bad news is that you'll lose your saved shows.
If you have 100Mbps internet or faster, you can be eligible for a DVR with six streams as opposed to four. You can use your call to negotiate a better rate as opposed to paying more (or the same) money. Just be sure to write down the date your promotions expired so you won't be unpleasantly surprised.
But what I'd do is wait for more advice from another user and maybe that advice will be better/different. Some times a second opinion can help.

There's another post about HMM (366/1366) disappearing from U200. I've got U450 and it's still there.
@blogans2 What package do you have?
Found this albeit it may be outdated information:
Note: Hallmark Channel is available in TV packages U200 and above. Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is available in U300 and above. Both packages are available in U-family.
