Is this on the tv connected to the dvr or a receiver? Assuming it's the dvr try rebooting the dvr (pull plug for 15 secs.). If that doesn't fix it reboot the gateway (pull plug for 15 secs. and let it fully reboot) and after that the dvr again. Also check How to Troubleshoot your DVR/Receivers? Finally if nothing clears it call tech support (800-288-2020) for a replacement. If it's the dvr that's having the problem you will lose all your recordings (of course at this point it doesn't matter) but you don't lose your scheduling.
