You have an account ending with @att.net that you'd have to use to log in to different apps. U-Verse has an app with some channels.
You can schedule/delete recordings, but can't access saved shows. Lots of channels have apps that have access to live channels and/or archived shows.
Data rates would apply. Check with your mobile provider.
There used to be a device called Slingbox which would use the internet to access your receiver/DVR to "sling" to your mobile device or computer, but it's essentially retired. There's no new updates and the servers are going offline late next year. If you can find one on eBay, it may work, but there's no guarantees. You also need an app (or watch via a computer) but the app may be pulled from stores.
If you wish to take your chances, there's no monthly fee.
