Season 3 Animal Kingdom

We are trying to watch season 3 of Animal Kingdom, through the TNT app.  Episode 1 played no problem. When we click on the other episodes, it says we are not authorized, contact our TV provider (ATT Uverse). After an hour long verifying my identity, tech support was completely clueless and directed me to customer service. Anyone know what the problem is? We have the regular TNT channel. Each of the episodes state we must watch before August 20th.
