Showtime now shows zero

So we started watching Shameless on Showtime through uverse on demand.  We saw it was available for about another two months out.  We started watching the series on demand and all of a sudden one day it was gone.  We had not hit that date it would be available through but it showed zero episodes available.  Upset myself and an upset husband, I called uverse.  The person on the other end of the line had no clue.  Almost an i-diot.  Why don't you know when you work for uverse?  Oh I also forgot to say, if I sign into uverse on my iPad or phone the show was still available.  It's the same account I'm signing into just a different devise.  We can't watch this this way.  After multiple calls to uverse, I was told to download showtime anytime (why when I have uverse showtime on demand why isn't it working). And I was told I probably can only watch so many episodes period and then am cut off. WHAT! Why offer this to cut me off.  Makes no sense.  Finally I was told to call showtime and ask them.  I contacted showtime and they said this was not their fault it was uverse.  I finally just gave up.

We have started on the show Billions on showtime.  With three episodes left well, guess what.  We were watching it tonight, saw all three episodes are left and then it cut out in the middle of watching the first of the three and says now zero episodes available.  Why are we paying so much for uverse 400 and these channels to only have to deal with this?  I've about hit my limit.  Anyone else dealing with this?

U-Verse on demand is the worst in the pay tv industry.

Do yourself a favor and get a ROKU or something like it. For $50, you can have an on-demand experience that rivals Time Warner or Comcast and it doesn't cost any more than you are already paying for Uverse. It's a lot more work getting apps for each network you care about, but relying on U-Verse on-demand programming is an exercise in futility.
